A former Certified Public Accountant and Chief Lending Officer of Republic Bank—the largest publicly traded bank in Florida at the time—Mr. Hemmer managed a commercial loan portfolio exceeding $1.5 billion before founding Flagship Community Bank. Throughout his career he has directed the acquisition, financing, and development of commercial, office, retail, residential, and mixed-use real estate throughout Florida. His extensive banking experience provides HP Capital with sophisticated underwriting expertise, capital markets knowledge, and disciplined risk management that strengthens every phase of project execution. Mr. Hemmer graduated with honors from the University of South Florida.

Following completion of his B.A. in economics from Yale University and a J.D./M.B.A. from Fordham University, Mr. Cappelli began his career with Goldman Sachs in New York within their Management Controls Division. His Wall Street background established a foundation in financial analysis, corporate governance, investment management, and operational strategy that has guided the development of numerous private equity and real estate ventures. In 2009, Mr. Cappelli co-founded Poli Solutions Consulting, advising private companies, startups, and development organizations on strategic growth initiatives. Since 2019, he has focused exclusively on real estate development through HP Capital Group, overseeing affordable housing, workforce housing, market-rate residential communities, and mixed-use developments throughout Florida. Born and raised in Pinellas County, Mr. Cappelli brings extensive local relationships and deep market knowledge that have become integral to HP Capital’s development platform.

After graduating with honors from the University of Florida, Mr. Hansen began his career in education before transitioning into political consulting and public affairs. Since 2005 he has managed more than twenty statewide and local political campaigns, including presidential, congressional, state senate, state house, municipal, and county elections throughout Florida. His experience navigating governmental processes and maintaining relationships with public agencies, elected officials, and community stakeholders enables HP Capital to efficiently coordinate complex entitlement and redevelopment initiatives. Mr. Hansen’s understanding of Florida’s governmental landscape has become a strategic advantage for developments requiring public participation, affordable housing financing, infrastructure coordination, and community partnerships.
