HP Capital Group is the natural evolution of a 10-year partnership between Fred Hemmer, Angelo Cappelli, and Nick Hansen.
This dynamic team invests in and manages real estate developments, distressed commercial notes, and private equity assets, with a focus on Tampa Bay.
Partnership Growth
The partnership has managed and successfully disposed of over 60 residential and commercial assets totaling $50+ million. They are currently charged by their partners and investors with managing and/or developing over $300+ million in real estate developments in Pinellas and Escambia Counties.
Recent Success
Reflection St. Pete Groundbreaking Announcement Celebration
In October 2021, the Reflection development team along with their partners, including general contractor KAST, SMP Architects, Clearph Design, and Keller Williams Commercial Sales among others, celebrated the forthcoming groundbreaking at the new Floridian Social Club! Over 200 people turned out to toast the addition to the St. Pete skyline which is scheduled to complete construction in 4th quarter 2023. Most recently, Hemmer Fund I, LLC was completed in August 2020 after returning a 20.4% annual Internal Rate of Return to our 13 investors.
The success of our partnership has increased the number and size of highly attractive investment opportunities. Our main office is headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida to manage all of our assets.
