Fred Hemmer
Mr. Hemmer is currently developing a large-scale residential project in St. Petersburg (reflectionstpete.com) and three residential projects in Escambia County (fhemmer.com). Mr. Hemmer is a former certified public accountant, real estate executive, and chief lending officer of Republic Bank (a $1+ Billion commercial bank loan department headquartered in Pinellas County prior to acquisition). More recently, Mr. Hemmer served on the board of directors for Flagship Community Bank in Clearwater, Florida, before it was acquired in early 2020. Mr. Hemmer graduated from U.S.F. with honors and Boca Ciega High School and enjoys spending time between his two residences: downtown St. Petersburg and Pensacola.
Angelo Cappelli
After earning a B.A. from Yale and J.D./M.B.A. from Fordham in 1994, Mr. Cappelli began his career in the Management Controls Department with Goldman Sachs. This led to extensive experience in various industries allowing Mr. Cappelli to co-found Poli Solutions Consulting in 2009 which specializes in management consulting for start-ups, private equity ventures, and real estate developments. Mr. Cappelli’s projects include experience with online delivery systems, operations management, database system design, developing and maintaining financial statements; calculating exit strategies; real estate transactions, contract law, and asset acquisition valuations. A St. Petersburg High graduate, Mr. Cappelli was born and raised in Pinellas where he currently lives.
Nick Hansen
After graduating with honors and a dual major from the University of Florida, Mr. Hansen began his career as a middle school teacher at Tyrone Middle School in St. Petersburg, Florida. For the past 16 years, Mr. Hansen has been managing political and government affair campaigns in Florida including mayoral races (St. Petersburg and Pensacola), state legislative campaigns (20+ State House and Senate candidates), congressional races (Jolly and Bilirakis), and presidential campaigns in Florida (Rick Perry and Mitt Romney). Through his campaign experience, Mr. Hansen maintains a strong statewide network which leads to many investment opportunities as well as expedited solutions to investment hurdles. Mr. Hansen also graduated from St. Petersburg High and helped co-found Poli Solutions Consulting in 2009.
